What happens when I reach the free plan's 5 contracts?

Sending new contracts is paused until you upgrade. Nothing is billed automatically - the free plan has no card on file.

What am I charged when I upgrade?

Your card is charged $9.95 for the first month when you upgrade. Premium renews at $9.95 a month.

How do I cancel?

From Account settings, with a button. No phone call, no email thread.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. On Premium, $9.95 a month covers the whole account, with unlimited contracts on Premium. Billed monthly.
